Good morning. It was another freezing start to the day, but highs will hover a couple notches above seasonal norms. When the sun goes down you will feel that winter chill so dress warmly. This weekend is shaping up to be mild one. Central regions have rain and snow in the forecast for Sunday

Cold wave advisories remain in place for parts of Gangwon-do and Gyeonggi-do Provinces, readings were just a few notches higher than yesterday there, while dry weather advisories in north east coast regions have been upgraded to a warnings.

Some welcome news for those in the east, there is wintry precipitation in the forecast from this mid afternoon into tomorrow. But drive with care.

Highs will range between 5 and 10 degrees Celsius, partly sunny skies in store for much of the country.
