Seoul recommends people not to travel overseas until April 23 Updated: 2020-03-23 18:33:04 KST

For one month until April 23rd, people in South Korea are recommended to postpone or cancel any overseas trips.
On Monday, Seoul's Foreign Affairs Ministry issued a Special Travel Advisory on all countries and territories across the globe.
Citizens should "cancel or delay travel and pay special attention to personal safety if abroad."
The government says it's becoming more and more difficult for South Korean citizens to return home as flights are being cancelled and countries are shutting their borders.
The special travel advisory does not have legal binding power on travel agencies to offer refunds, but can do so at their own discretion.
