A record amount of rainfall has caused the Han River to flood.
There were concerns over damage to buildings
but strangely, some buildings on the man-made Sebitseom Island,
including restrooms and convenience stores, have not flooded.
Thanks to a patented design,
the buildings automatically float in the water
while poles keep them in place.
