Fed worried U.S. economic recovery will slow in Q4 without COVID-19 stimulus Updated: 2020-10-08 13:25:37 KST

The Federal Reserve has expressed concern that the U.S. economic recovery will slow down if there's no more economic stimulus.
According to the minutes of last month's meeting of the Federal Open Market Committee,… the latest outlook assumed that there would be additional COVID-19 fiscal support.
And if there isn't, members said, growth would decline.
Members also said that the recovery would slow down if future fiscal support was substantially smaller or arrives later than planned.
