The remains of Chinese troops who died during the Korean War will be returned to China in September.
This decision was made during a meeting between Kim Sang-jin the defense ministry's director-general of international policy and Li Jingxian a Chinese veterans affairs official.
The two officials met in China and have decided to hold a ceremony in South Korea to casket the remains on September 15th before they transport them the following day.
This would be the ninth such repatriation.
Since 2014 South Korea has already returned 8-hundred-25 sets of remains of Chinese soldiers.
