President Moon Jae-in is attending a series of online high-level meetings within the framework of the 37th ASEAN Summit from today until the 15th. He will hold virtual meetings with the leaders of five nations and stress the need for multilateral cooperation.
We sit down with experts to find the importance of multilateral cooperation for economic recovery during the COVID-19 era. We also take a look at the Korean economy and whether there were positive changes after social distancing measures were lowered to level 1.
Theaters in and outside of Korea saw a decrease in profits as many stopped going to theaters after the coronavirus outbreak. Some theaters have temporarily closed or have closed for good. Theaters are coming up with innovative ideas and events to revive the stagnant cinemas so we find out how theaters stay afloat during the global pandemic.
