U.S. President Donald Trump has finally appeared in public wearing a mask after months of refusing to do so.
He was visiting wounded members of the armed forces on Saturday at Walter Reed National Medical Center.
He did not speak to the media while wearing the mask, but before the visit he told reporters that he thinks it's "a great thing" to wear one and that it's a "very appropriate thing" to do in a hospital setting.
President Trump's aides have reportedly been urging him to wear a mask to set an example and follow the recommendations of his administration's public health experts.
