Remains of Canadian John Robert Cormier return to S. Korea ahead of burial in Busan

The remains of a Korean War veteran from Canada, returned to South Korea on Monday, a day before being laid to rest at the UN Memorial Cemetery in Busan.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs held a short ceremony at Incheon International Airport for John Robert Cormier who fought in the Korean War for about a year from April, 1952 when he was 19.
Before passing last November, his family was told he wished to be buried in South Korea.
This is the 14th time the remains of a Korean War vet have been brought to South Korea from their home country.
