We're still seeing rainfall this morning in Seoul, and this monsoon season is set to be with us for the rest of the week.

Jee-hyun, it's been around 50 days and counting, and this is set to be by far the longest monsoon season in decades.
Good morning. Yes, and it seems like we are going to have the longest monsoon season in 33 years by the time monsoon rgoes away this weekend. Right now, thick rain clouds that developed on the West Coast are bringing heavy rain to the central region, dropping 30 to 50 millimeters an hour.
Heavy rain alerts are in place across western parts of the country the Chungcheong-do Provinces are under a heavy rain warning falling 30 to 50 millimeters an hour.
Expect 50 to 150 millimeters throughout the day while the capital region will see 30 to 80 millimeters.
The rain is forecast to die down after lunch.
