Good morning. Colder air has moved in overnight and continues to spill in this morning. In fact, we'll notice gradual drop in readings through the end of the work week.

But despite the much colder start, we are still seeing high levels of fine dust across country which should improve as the day goes on but Jeollabuk-do Province where an ultrafine dust advisory is in place, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gyeongsang-do will be dusty all day.

Sub-zero start for most under partly sunny skies, a cold advisory has been re-issued in mountainous regions in Gangwon-do Province.

Afternoon highs will be 1 to 3 degrees lower than yesterday, Seoul at 4 degrees, Daegu will top out at 8 degrees, sharp winds will make things colder than actual readings.

A colder start for the Seollal holiday, then on the day of Seollal which is next Tuesday, central regions and Jeollabuk-do look like having a snowy day.

With that, here's a look at the weather conditions around the world.
