U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan says North Korea works with a range of cybercriminals worldwide, including those from Russia.
In a press briefing Tuesday, following President Biden's warning of Russian cyberattacks, Sullivan added that the North possesses significant cyber capabilities.
However, he did not provide further details.
The North is said to operate over 7-thousand trained hackers, many of them based in China and Russia.
