Also President Yoon Suk-yeol will travel to the SOUTHWESTERN city of Gwangju on Wednesday to attend a ceremony commemorating the May 18th 1980 Pro-Democracy movement.
According to the top office on this Tuesday President Yoon's trip to the liberal stronghold is a groundbreaking step towards a new path of politics that reflects his hopes for national integration and unity.
Yoon is expected to deliver an unprecedented message as a conservative President.
Some 100 lawmakers from the People Power Party members of the Cabinet and his senior presidential secretaries are poised to join Yoon on this trip following his request.
He'll be taking the high-speed KTX train from Seoul and plans to meet the families of the victims while in Gwangju.
