South Korea reported just under 9-thousand new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday.
The country's daily tally has been below 10-thousand for almost two weeks now.
The nationwide COVID-19 risk level has also remained "low" for five straight weeks.
There are currently 64 patients in critical condition, and eleven additional deaths were reported.
Though numbers continue to fall, authorities are reiterating that people should wear masks and get vaccinated,.. as the country is facing the first summer of the pandemic, without social distancing rules.
