At least 19 people, including nine children, have died in a massive fire in an apartment in New York City on Sunday morning.
This is reportedly the worst fire disaster in over thirty years in the area.
Local media reported the fire broke out in a duplex on the second and third floors of a 19-story Bronx apartment building at around 10:05 AM, leaving more than 60 people injured.
While an electric space heater is being blamed for the tragedy, local authorities are looking into the exact cause.
