South Korea's chief nuclear envoy, Noh Kyu-duk, will hold talks in the coming hours with his Russian counterpart in Moscow on ways to get North Korea to return to talks on denuclearization.
According to Seoul's foreign ministry, Noh will be meeting with Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov to hold in-depth discussions on ways to restart the peace process.
These will be their first meeting in person since Morgulov visited Seoul in August.
Those talks included the U.S. special representative for North Korea, Sung Kim, and they too discussed ways to revive dialogue with the North on its nuclear program.
