Unusually early cold advisories in effect in S. Korea as of Saturday night

Cold advisories will be in effect from 9 PM today in many parts of South Korea, which is unusually early for this time of year.
The Korea Meteorological Administration issued the cold wave warning in several cities and counties in Gyeonggi-do Province, Chuncheongnam-do and Chungcheongbuk-do Provinces as well as Jeollabuk-do Province.
Cold advisories have also been issued in Seoul, Incheon, and Daejeon among others.
It's the first time in 17 years that the advisory was issued in Seoul during October.
Morning lows today were recorded around 12 degrees celsius while daytime highs were around 11 to 20 degrees celsius.
Tomorrow is expected to be even colder.
