Critical cases of COVID-19 in S. Korea reach all-time high of 661 on Tuesday

South Korea on Tuesday saw 3,32 new cases of COVID-19.
The number of critical cases once again remained above 600, now for the sixth day in a row, with a record-high 6-hundred-61 critical cases as of Tuesday.
There were 44 deaths from the virus.
ICU beds nationwide have edged closer to full capacity.
More than 90 percent of beds were occupied in Seoul, while beds across the nation are now close to being 80 percent full.
The Chungcheong-do region saw its medical capacity closest to breaking point,.. with more than 95 percent of their ICU beds in use, while there are no beds available in Daejeon city.
