South Korea today reported the fewest new COVID-19 cases it's had in five months at just 3,8-hundred-28.
This is a decline of more than a thousand compared to last Monday.
Cases are usually lower, though, on Mondays.
There were 17 more deaths reported, and there are currently 95 patients who are severely ill.
This coming Friday, the government's COVID-19 task force is going to announce the standards based on which they'll eventually lift the rule requiring infected people to self-isolate.
