Korean War veteran Col. William Weber laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia

Retired Army Colonel William Weber, a decorated Korean War veteran known for his dedication to completing the Korean War Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C. has been laid to rest at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.
Weber was buried with full military honors on Wednesday, three days before the 72nd anniversary of the start of the 1950 to 1953 Korean War.
70 people attended, including South Korea's ambassador to the U.S.
Weber, who died in April at the age of 97 lost his right leg and right arm during the Korean War but remained in the military despite his injuries, until he retired in 1980.
