New COVID-19 social distancing measures are now in effect across South Korea.
The capital region will continue with level four measures, but under the new rules, up to eight people can gather as long as the group includes at least four who are fully vaccinated.
Restaurants and cafes can stay open until 10 PM.
Other regions are subject to level three measures meaning up to 10 people can gather, as long as at least six are fully vaccinated, while operating hours for restaurants and cafes are extended to midnight.
The nation reported just 1,50 new infections on Monday, the lowest since early July.
