But despite the much colder start, we are still seeing high levels of fine dust across country which should improve as the day goes on but Jeollabuk-do Province where an ultrafine dust advisory is in place, Chungcheongbuk-do, and Gyeongsang-do will be dusty all day.

Afternoon highs will be 1 to 3 degrees lower than yesterday, Seoul at 4 degrees, Daegu will top out at 8 degrees, sharp winds will make things colder than actual readings.
